The method in four steps.
1. WET
Slip the V-Mit onto two or three fingers, wet both sides, add your favourite intimate wash.
2. CLEANSE
Ivory side: labia and vulva. Never the vagina.
3. FLIP
Tag the ear, turn to the blue side for the perianal back. Rinse, squeeze, hang dry.
4. FINISH
Dry with Finishing Cloth — ivory side for the front, blue for the back. Always pat, never rub.
